باستخدام تطبيق Family Star، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية.

1. Service Description

Family Star is a mobile application designed to help families manage household tasks, encourage children to develop responsibility, and promote family collaboration.

2. Account Creation

• You must be over 18 years of age to create an account.
• Child accounts can only be created by a parent/guardian.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
• You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the application:

• You must comply with laws and these terms.
• You must respect the rights of other users.
• You must not share inappropriate, harmful, or misleading content.
• You must avoid actions that could compromise the security of the application.

4. Child Users

• Users under 18 may only use the application under parental/guardian supervision.
• The parent/guardian is responsible for the use of the child's account.
• Protection of children's personal data is provided under our Privacy Policy.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

• Application content (design, animations, text) belongs to Family Star.
• User-generated content (task descriptions, messages) belongs to the user.
• Profile photos are subjected to security scanning and deleted after 30 days.

6. Service Changes

• We may change or update application features without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to suspend the service temporarily or permanently.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The application is provided "as is."
• We are not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the application.
• Offline functionality of internet-dependent features is not guaranteed.

8. Account Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
• Accounts that violate terms of service may be suspended or deleted.

9. Dispute Resolution

Courts of the Republic of Turkey have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.
